New protecting and lubricating fluid for plug-in contacts The new Klüberalfa KR 3-730 has been especially designed for the automatic minimum-quantity lubrication of large batches of plug-in contacts which have to meet high requirements, for example, in telecommunications, automation technology or car manufacture. Klüberalfa KR 3-730 protects contact surfaces against tribological ageing without increasing contact resistance. It reduces assembly forces and prevents premature failure due to vibration-induced wear. Klüberalfa KR 3-730 can be economically and fully automatically integrated into the production process of plug-in contacts of different shapes. The UV indicator contained in the fluid ensures efficient quality control.
