Rolling bearings subject to high loads in the automotive industry - a new hybrid grease allows cost savings The new Klübersynth BHP 72-102 is a high-temperature lubricant designed for the lifetime lubrication of highly loaded friction points in components close to automobile engines and subject to alternating temperatures ranging from -40°C to 200°C, (e.g. in bearings of viscocouplings, belt tensioners, fans and similar applications). Due to its patented hybrid grease formulation Klübersynth BHP 72-102 combines economic efficiency and performance in a new way. This innovative lubricant provides longer bearing lives than conventional lubricants and clearly reduced lubricant costs compared with fully fluorinated products based on PFPE.
